  1. I started running I think three years ago to put my mind at ease. I was mentally so exhausted from all the work that I simply could not concentrate at University or at my part time job. Running or going to the gym in general helps me to clear my mind and let’s me forget everything for a brief moment in time. I think that’s really the only time in life when I feel truly happy. Life so far has been quite complicated with many sad moments which I just want to forget. Anyway enough with the negative thoughts. I am looking forward to reading more of your posts. ^_^
