There are a few places I consistently and consciously run to for food.
This is one.
One of the best places to have steak, where they actually reserve the fat for the world’s best fried rice thereafter.
Then you have the crispiest pork knuckles known to mankind.
Followed by yummilicious salted egg yolk crab and black pepper crab – I forgot to take our third choice (the restaurant had a buy two crabs and get a third free promotion)- garlic baked crab – loads and loads of baked garlic adorning the perfectly cooked crustacean.
And the obligatory fibre – very well-done kailan delicately seasoned, with a lovely bite as you crunch into the stalks.
